Hello Backers,
For the past few days, we have been busy packaging and shipping out all the tiers with 2 C Rests. We have shipped them all out today.
It's Chinese New Years Holidays here very soon. Therefore, we wanted to rush out most of the orders.
Backers with add-ons and pillows on backer kit may take about a few more weeks. We are delayed because we are still waiting on Pillow covers at this point. They are 100% manual labor. . (Luckily our main product,Pillow itself, is ready.)

These are some facts that we have learned a few things during fulfillment:
- European Backers are paying customs about 20 euros while North Americans are paying $0.
- A lot of backers feel that C Rest takes care of that stubborn muscle knots.
- However some finds that C Rests are too firm, which indicates how tired, exhausted or tenses up the neck muscles are.
To fix this, please use it while sitting on a chair or on a bed. It make take some time until superficial muscles ease up. After superficial muscles allows us go deeper, please use it on floor.
Also, Do Not force or add extra weight other than your body weight. You may experience dizziness or headaches if you apply too much stimulations to your neck. This phenomena occurs because it changes the pressure or circulation of CSF (Brian and spine fluids) or bloods.
We are currently creating a free new set of contents/instructions for C Rests. Please allow us for getting audited by our fellow doctors before we release it to you.

Hello, C-REST Backers,
I hope you all had great holidays. We started to ship already with Korean post office. They took all our items from our factory (10,000 units) and they are fulfill 1000 items each day. Some will start to receive the items before we even get the official database from post office. (Sadly, Post Office Staffs are reluctant to provide us any great details and daily update, but they are using their own staffs/system/warehouse to help us.)
Some emailed us that they already received the item. No DUTY TAX report so far!
We will start shipping Tiers with 2+ C-RESTs this Tuesday. (ETA: 7-21 days, depending on locations)
All the Backers with Add-On's on BackerKit will be prepared and shipped out on the following Tuesday. Credit Cards will be charged this week.

P.S.3 Check out a Quick Start Guide: C-REST is just too simple to have 10 pages of instruction manual, so we made a very simple one. In deed, the real reason why we cannot show too much is because of FDA issues just like we told you before. We do not want to get into a "RETURN TO SENDER" situation. As soon as we finish fulfilling, we will release a good amount of contents. Please be patient with the instructions. :(

Hello, Backers!!
Thank You so much for all the emails & comments! We will make a "wise" decision this weekend.
So far, most of backers in USA wants them shipped within USA; many international backers want us to ship it to them directly from the country of origin. We will study your responses more in depth. We will read & calculate all the responses and figure out the best way to do this in the most EFFICIENT manner.
Personally, we would like to ship it out of warehouse right away. It's a huge pile! BUT we also want to be fair for all backers so we can all be happy and stress-free at last.
We will keep you updated. Thank You for your patience!
PS. BackerKit surveys will be out on Wednesday, December 7th, 2016. (We just got the date confirmed from BackerKit.)

NEXT MONDAY, we will be sending out surveys via BackerKit. As we’ve mentioned before, we have partnered with BackerKit, a respected organization within the crowdfunding community that has some awesome tools to make the survey a breeze. Once the BackerKit survey is sent out, you'll all receive invitations from Team Start Living. These invitations will be sent to the same email address that you used to pledge with on Kickstarter.
